Multi-Use Facility Required Multi-Talented Construction

The two-story multi-tenant building with approximately 60,000 square feet of space began with a demolition of an original major retailer and included underground storage for storm water retention enabling maximum land-use. The 8,000 square feet of first floor retail space features the flexibility to divide into six tenants or a single occupant. The remaining space includes 365 climate-controlled self-storage units, an over-sized cargo elevator, and an impressive manager's office. Special construction features consist of 21 drive-up climate controlled storage units, half-high decorative masonry units around the building's sides, steel cable canopies on the front façade, extensive security systems, and a 100% galvanized steel pre-engineered structure.
